I have made a lot of progresses in my knowledges. You can remove this post and create in the FAQ that users that uses a PC with dual graphic cards including an nvidia one (most of the new zenbook etc...) should :
- Go in the nvidia panel in the 3d settings. Make a setting for serato.exe and seratovideo.exe (the last file is in another directory) to force the use of the nvidia card.
- Second thing is to install the latest K-Lite Mega Codec Pack that includes Haali Media Splitter and FFdshow, and force the use of the CUDA (GPU acceleration which is more powerful that a CPU decode and uses less CPU as the GPU handles it) and LAV decoder for mp4 files.

I think it should be :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Serato\SeratoVideo]
"AlwaysUseQuickTime"=dword:00000000
Cause the key "AlwaysUseQuickTime" doesn't exist originally in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Serato\SeratoVideo
