I recently upgraded to Scratch Live 2.4.2 and also updated the latest Serato video.
The first time I used my gear at the club since, I began playing a mix, (everything worked fine) and I tried to make/add text to scroll at the bottom of the screen. On three occasions, as soon as I would select FONT and go to the font size option...scratch live would crash.
I ended up playing all night long with no issues, as long as I didnt try to add a text to the screen.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I hooked up at home today with a basic computer screen to the vga adapter and it works fine. So...next is to try and hook up through the rca on my video box...but I doubt thats it.

Hi RjDj419,
When you get it to crash again, let me know if it happens on a specific font or size. It would be could to figure this out. I'm on Mountain Lion here, haven't been able to re create it. I've asked one of the other guys here on Snow Leopard to give it a go. In case its OS related.

I think glenn kind of found what he fort might be the issue from the crash log.
it's strange one but it happened for me as soon as i pressed the font button.
but i had been using the text before this happened so maybe if you use a font then try togo back into font boom. not sure might spend some time and try make it happen.

I'm not sure...but I may have created the text..and went back to font to increase size both times it crashed.
