The record utility is used to set the inputs and levels when using the 57 as a soundcard for a non ASIO capable windows program.

You can't use the record utility while SSL is running.

There is no record button. This tool helps you to tell which ASIO/CoreAudio inputs will use which signals from the mixer.

I must connect my mixer USB to USB or 2RCA to Line In!?!?!

To record you set from within SSL choose the main mix from the list of inputs and press record. These controls are below the first virtual deck. You don't need the record utility.

You CANT use this application to record. You need a different application.

Makiba, you plug the mixer into the computer using usb, you then run the ttm57 record utility and set it to the settings you like. pgm1 pre-fader, pgm2 pre-fader. you can then save that to the mixer. Next open up a recording software like Audacity, Garageband, Cubase, etc. In the preferences of the program (depending on the complexity of it (i suggest using Audacity)) you set it to use the TTM57 as the sound card. From there recording is just a click of a button.
