input 3 functionning not properly

I am based in cambodia and just purchased the ttmsl57, there is a problem on Input 3, after a while the sound gets distorted( although signal is good). Sound could eventually come back clear. So I change needle, swap turntables, try new records, test input 4 as well to check if the problem is not coming from channel 2.
Do you think I should try anything else? Please advise.
But my conclusion is that the input 3 is out of order, can we change those? I live in Cambodia and my club is opening next month and dont want to send the mixer back to the US, can I safely change those red and white inputs on the mixer? Will this fix the problem, or could it be something else?

see if you can take it back an tell them its a defect. 1st

Waddup Illest, did you make sure the input switches are set to phone. I remember getting mine calibrated at Rane and got it back and thought something was up, but all the switches where in the line position. Hope that helps.

when i first got mine. my 57 was a defect zach told me to take it back an we ran thru the whole set up process.over the phone.i had to call somebody. but u in cambodia. wow.

thanks for the help guys, it seems to be working now! all i need is a good laptop for the video plug ins!peace out
