I have the TTM 56, but does the TTM 57SL have internal effects??

yes, at this time: echo, echo hold, phaser, flanger, mod-filters and a but-crusher.

Bit crusher that is, along with a Downsampler. Then we also have a Highpass Echo and HP Hold Echo.

The Efx on the 57 are updatable via a firmware upgrade. So long with each major version Serato and Rane added additional EFX for free.
