anyone ever uses those LCD TV or Plasma TV as their Computer Monitor?
I have dual 24 inch CRT right now and thinking of upgrading to a Single 40+ inch LCD or Plasma tv

I'm interested in doing the same, but to a 23"-26" LCD TV...haven't really decided for sure yet though.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Check what connections it might have in the back, if it is HDTV ready, it may already have a VGA/DVI connector (this is a standard computer monitor connector) Some HDTV have HDMI, a newer interface that will require a convertor.
My GF's father has a 63" HDTV, it's nuts playing Doom 3 or Half Life 2 on it. I installed his home theatre, 7.3 channel surround sound, so my payment is using it on weekends when he is out of town.

7.1 with extra subs, front, center, and rear. Technically it's only 7.1, but he wanted extra subs hooked up, they run from the same channel.
