Wouldn't it be nice to add a "Help ?" button for a quick pop-up view of the TTM 57 to pop up on screen instead of just the hot keys that come up now?
Maybe some kind of pop up jpeg when you mouse over a pic of the TTM in the corner. It would be great for video or just quick tips for the mixer.

It's just a quick glance, if you can't remember how to do something you mouse over the TTM pic or some kind of symbol, and the cover pops up showing what each button does for video, fx, etc etc...

You kidding? Click on "hardware", then you will see a layout of the current mapped functions. It is also possible to enable this via the mixer. Just read the manual.

i know. but i'm thinking of a quicker visual guide, the biggest problem i encounter is the fact i have to go to the "hardware section and maneuver around. i'd rather just mouse over a pic for a quick pop up that would be a cheat glance.

I get the feeling you only very recently got the mixer. If that's the case give yourself time and you'll find you can get around without ever going near your keyboard or mouse.

I've had it for quite some time.
I have no problem using it, or my laptop buttons. I just think the idea here is to make a useful tool for a quick glance when you can't remember what the quick keys, or mixer settings are. I know I have alot going on in my head when i'm spinning, so the less i HAVE to remember, the better. It's like having a manual handy with a quick lookup.
NIK, I know how you love the manuals, so this would be a helpful way to not look like an a-hole while yer djing and reading the manual next to your set-up.
And yes, I use the mouse frequently. I spin so many genres of music i'm still digging through it all to add to my crates when i'm spinning.

It is already there. It is called the "hardware" panel. You just enable it and instantly see which button does what.
Hey leave my private preferences outta here.. this has nothing to do with this forum. ;)
