This may sound harsh, but didn't you learn a lesson from your speakers about reading your manuals???? The information you want is first described on Page 3, and on many pages thereafter.
Anyway, its purpose is to keep the pitch constant as you vary the tempo, for beatmatching in the natural key of the incoming track.
On Page 5 of the manual it says that Key Lock only works when the LINE output is selected. I think that should be your starting point.
Now ... it seems to me that you have bought a whole heap of stuff of which you have no understanding, and which you are going to progressively DESTROY if you don't stop poking at it and get some education. You need to ask your supplier for advice, read your manuals, gradually build your experience, and THINK before you wreck everything you have.
If you can't do that, then give the Salvation Army a call. At least then you would get rid of your stuff in the name of charity, rather than foolishness.

Key-lock won't work with Scratch LIVE though as it alters the control signal in a bad way.

what is bridged mono?hit up wikipedia for stuff like that. its when you 'bridge' the left and right audio channel together for a mono (non-stereo) signal.
