Now a good time to buy a Numark NS6? Want CDJ sized and more than 2 decks

The NS6 has been around for almost a year.

Prices have dropped some.

I have been using a Vestax VCI-300 MKII, but want a larger controll/mix surface on the scale of CDJs and a mixer, like the NS6 or Pioneer DDJ-S1, rather than laptop sized like the VCI-300, VCI 380, etc.

I want to have more than 2 decks so that I can control volume, beat/tempo of a third track such as a loop or a sample with the controller hardware, not just mouse clicking SP-6.

I also want true access to all of the cue points and loops that Itch and SSL store - the VCI-300 only gives you access to a maximum of 3 loops and/or cues total.

Is there anything that's been announced or leaked that meets my needs like the NS6? Seems like everything else is either 2 decks or smaller, right?

Nothing's been announced that will suit your needs as well as the NS6.

Summer NAMM is in July, and sometimes things get announced at Plasa or BPM in the UK around September, but I can't imagine a direct replacement being announced for the NS6 this year. By all accounts the NS6 has done very well for Numark so I doubt it's going away anytime soon.
