When playing a track, I try to scratch and it doesn't really move the track at all, and sometimes it scratches in jog mode. Also stops sometimes when try and scratch. Seems like a latency issue, the jog wheel itself doesn't feel broken at all, feels pretty smooth, could be a software issue not too sure.

Hey Patrick,

It could be a latency issue but i'd double check that your latency isn't to high. I've tried it out and it shouldn't be doing this at all regardless of the Latency settings. Have you tried it on another computer to see if this still happens?

Yes i tried it on another computer and same thing happens.

Hey Patrick,

If it's happening on other computers too it's most likely an issue with the controller. I'd take it back to the shop your brought it. Have you had it long?

just a few weeks. it seems to be fine though if i dont use the scratch feature much, which i dont really...and it always works fine when i restart the program.

Still shouldn't be happening. It's up to you but better to get it exchanged while its under warranty, up to you though.
