well when i start play it works fine at frist then when i go to scratch on it it all of a sudden stop working i cant even search through the songs any more i just got it in like wed last week

Hi jolly242,

We are very busy here, we can't answer every question as soon as its been asked! But we do try to get around to them within 3 days :)

Can you explain the problem a little more? Or can you send me a video of what is happening?

When you scratch the track, does it just stop playing or does DJ Intro crash and close down?

If you can give me as much info as possible I will try to help you out! :)
