Ctrl+F is an extremely useful function. Entering into "search" couldn't be easier.
However, exiting "search' is a different story. I have to use the mouse, scroll or select a track before the software exits "search".
The problem comes in while I'm mixing live. I often activate "search" and pull up a track instead just using the playlist. Then I'll activate a "sample"..... (No Sample)........ When the "sample" doesn't activate, I look up and realize that the "search" is still on and that I just entered a capitalized letter in "search" instead of activating the "sample" which is "Shift+Z" the same keystrokes.
Basically, I should be able to press "Ctrl+F", then type in what I'm looking for, press "enter", then the software exits "search". This way, when I trigger a "sample", it will play a sample instead of adding letters to "search".
