my 56S mixer doesn't have 1/4 TRS booth, i can only have RCA. what cable/adapter do i need so i can use the booth at the club (1/4 TRS) on my 56S?

Best to use a cable that has phono connector...

or if you must use an adaptor that first one you showed -www.ebay.com
