Hi I'm having trouble were I turn on my 57 and it goes to b4 on the hardware and I'm able to do nothing. Also if I go to the hardware of scratch live its blank I've got nothing. And also sometimes it read hardware disconnect. Can u help please !!! Starting to give up.I'm using Mac os x

Hey Dj Temp,

Does this happen on other computers?

Make sure your firmware is up to date in your ITCH Setup > Hardware > Firmware.

Try different USB cables and if you using a USB hub make sure its powered.

Hi Dave yes it happens with other laptops as well I've tried updating new software on my laptop I've tried updating the firmware on the 57 I've got the latest version of serato and nothing works it still stays on b4. And I still get hardware disconnected. I've done everything I can.

Could be a hardware fault. You might need to take is in for service to your closest Rane dealer.
