If you create a new crate within SSL and add at least one song to it, does SSL properly save the crate when the program is shut down and restarted?

How is you external hard drive formatted?

all the songs i add to ssl are working fine.
but the problem is when i want to delete a folder.

i delete foder by CMD+DELET (on mac) and its delete the folder.
i close serato and everything is look fine.

when i reopen ssl al the folders i deleted are back to ssl.

i am not using any external hard drive, i am using the mac hard drive.

i am working with ssl for 5 years and its never happen to me.
its start to happen few weeks ago.

Go into your Music/_Serato_/Subcrates/ folder and delete the crate file manually.

i just tried it with no success.
i deleted it from the Music/_Serato_/Subcrates/

whrn i reopen SSL the folders are coming back to life...!!!

its is so frustrating...

Check in Music/_Serato_/Crates/ folder. Is the file in there too? If so, delete it from the Crate folder, as well as the Subcrate folder.

i dont have "Crates" folder in _serato_.
i have only "Subcrates" folder ni _serato_ and in _serato_backup.

i deleted the folders i want to delete from both of them.
but still when i open SSL all the folders re-appers...

Do you still have the old ScratchLIVE folder in your Music folder as well? Try renaming that folder, or move it out of the Music folder and see if the problem still remains.

i renamed all the bad folders that keep coming back and its fix it.
