Freezes sometimes or it slows down or lags or sometimes it wont read my mp3's(some) or it wont load on second track, tried everything, disc cleaned,defrag,my pc has the required supported for the program I have a mac book too it slows down there too, maybe the DJ intro need a new upgrade or can I or we use a different serato program,pls i need help I like the software its simple and easy to use its just freezes or it lags, thanks.

Hi DJ Xtreme98,

Do you use an external drive to play your music files?

Have you analyzed ALL your files and ensured none of them are showing the corrupt file symbol?

With the files that it does happen to, does it happen every time you load the file, or only the first time you load the file?

It can be potentially caused by a number of different reasons.
