How to un-plug the USB cable from the new Rane 62???

How to un-plug the USB cable from the new Rane 62???

ok so i pluged in my regular USB cable into the 62 and now i can get it out, is there any special way of getting it out? (i didn't use the cables that came with the 62)

its just a nice tight fit.....i recon all you need to do is pull harder...and (as with any lead) not on the cable but the plug itself.

yeah been trying that, but don't want to pull to hard and break my new rane 62 ;-(, i thought with it being a "locking USB port" there may have been a speical way to unplug it or a liitle clip that had to be pushed.

If it breaks you have the 2nd USB available lol JFK

It is a very snug fit.
The only option is to pull it out.
If it happens to break we'll definitely fix it under warranty.

I would do the pull usb cable while pushing on mixer with fingers trick nh nm
