well just wanted to say thanx to the team...i no longer have a life,friends,and my girlfriend looks board as hell...ahahah
i seriously have spent nights staying up till 4am & only geting 2 hours of sleep the goin to work then str8 back to the ssl...just orgnizing,ripping music,color labling,markers,bpm's,makein crates,overveiws,id3 tags
the works! on this mutha. all my friends say iv been "m.i.a" missing in action lately...i also belive im going deaf cause i use headphones all night since my girl is trying to sleep ...well guys im in my own world right now..my girl is loosing sleep i seem to wake her up all threw the night because of the crossfaders clicking...ahha but i am not complaing...i love my ssl with my pioneer djm 909 mixer...i just hope i finish up real soon its been a good 2 or 3 weeks now...anyone else like this?? who else is with me when i say it's all gona be worth it when im done...?who else loves there ssl?

HA! that used to drive my sister and my mom up the wall (that sound travelled through the walls between bedrooms)... i even moved in the garage, n they would still complain :)

seriously dj-xlr8, once you have built your overviews nd organized your material, nothing can beat the feeling when you're at the gig, and you know how all your music archived, instead of searching and hunting for a certain song, only to have your lappy freeze on you cause it was overloaed.

dj-xlr8, I'm with ya man.. but I'm not as far along as you. I've run out of things to do. I've already revamped the booth at the club, sorted, tagged & built ov. for all my mp3s... I'm as ready as can be... Read the manual about 9 times and check the forum every few hours. Only 1 problem. I ordered SSL last Friday... I was hoping it would be here for this weekend but no such luck. I'm tired of looking at my music while the "interface disconnected" flashes in front of my face teasing me... I've run out of things to do.. now I just wait... Feels like xmas when I was a kid.

we'll thanks again to Serato... My copy came in yesterday afternoon. the club doesnt open untill tomorrow night but I've already played 3 nights of music in the last 24 hours. Havent had one problem!... Plugged it in and away I went. This forum has been a great source of usefull information.

I still have no life.. instead of looking at a "interface disconnected" screen I've been spinning the hours away. My only regreat about getting serato is that i waited so long. amazing product that every dj should at least checkout.
