serato video not seeing nvidia

this is the first time this has happened. i open itch and click video and itch says that serato video dosent work on intel card. (last week it worked fine) But if i disconnect my hdmi cable and open itch and try again it works so i plug in the cable and drag the window over to the other screen and full screen it. i tried serato video in scratch live and i have no problem. ive reinstalled all drivers & software and nothing helps. this happen to anyone else? or anyone know whats wrong?

hey there. I've got the same Problem with my ThinkPad T520.
I have to start Serato first and then plug in the HDMI

yea thats what i have to do now to. the weekend before it worked perfectly fine. ive updated all drivers i even installed the new beta of serato video.
