Cannot submit a playlist (2012/05/11); Playlist System Broken?

I've been trying to submit my playlist today, but every attempt seems to fail.

All output from ITCH reports correctly (Connecting, Sending, Receiving, Finished), but my browser never pops up so I can enter the details of the playlist and save it.

On top of that, my last playlist I uploaded (and is currently featured) those not show up on my profile under playlist even though it is the most recent. The 2nd most recent one does, but the last one I managed to upload does not.

ITCH Version is 2.2.0 (2.0.2.22) Final.

Edit: Playlist submitted just fine from Scratch Live 2.2.3 (23318). Still does not submit from ITCH.

Newest playlist shows up properly under my profile. Most recently submitted prior to that still does not (despite it being "Featured").

Thanks Papa Midnight,

This definitely sounds like a bug, likely within the software, we'll chase it up with the Devs and hopefully get it sorted.
