Hey,

I have search and i have not gotten the answer to my question. I have recently install Ableton 8.2.8 on my mac book and i have the ssl 2.4.1 with the bridge plugin. (i have rane 68)

I go to the record option select .als as the input source (at this point i have done everything the way the video said) I do my mix and then stop recording, title my mix and save. close ssl and then open the ableton file.

The problem i'm having is that after the mixxing session the only thing that opens up in the session is the automations my samples sound from the mixxing session but no song audio. the songs name is on the track but there is no audio.

so just to break down a little further if i am mixing jay z big pimpin and i press my horn sample, when i go in to ableton i would see the jay z song name but where the wave forms for the songs suppose to be there isnt any only the ones for the horn sample.

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong.

Thanks

P.S. if you need me to re-explain this feel

Hey chris foster,

I apologize for the slow response, our Support Team has been very busy.

Just to clarify, when you open the .als file, you can see the crossfader/channel fader automations, and you can see the track titles but there is no audio showing up visually?

Can you please take a screenshot of this and attach it to this thread just so I can make sure we are on the same page :)

Are you able to open up the Ableton Panel in Scratch Live, and play audio clips that are loaded into Ableton? (using The Bridge the other way around)

Cheers!
