the B1 button is always on and I can’t seem to get it to go off. When I try to go to the Group 1 page all the lights continue to flash all other pages work but Group 1 does not.

Second, when I play a vinyl or a SSL vinyl sound does not come out of that left side, I can get sound if you hit the reverse button but then I can’t turn the volume down. Does this have to do with the B1 button being on…..very confused. Please help.

Which reverse button are you hitting? Sounds like you may have a loose fader ribbon, open up the top plate and take a look.

no your problem sounds similar to mine, i also on my ttm57 ssl mixer i had to hit the reverse button in order to get sound out of my right channel and my upper fader on the right channel could not control the volume. instead the small contour fader 2 controled the volume. i think you problem may be similar to mine as mentioned but on the left channel?

if thats the case this is what i did to resolve that issue i had to send in the mixer for serving at the factory. actually i just sent in on jan 03 2008 and it should be back next week.


basically sending to the factory is the the easy and fast way to fix you problem. also have the serial number for the mixer ready before you contact rane
the fast way i used and i would recomend is contact rane at this number 425-355-6000 and explain to them what your problem is and they will transfer you to some body to help you. they are really nice very helpfull.

oh i forgot don't send in the mixer before you contact rane because they got to give you a RA number ( return aurthorization number)
