also since the weekend I have been trying to play and every time i play i can't hear the other deck through my headphones can i get some assistance with this please.

O.k so explain to me which deck? and more info? What's happening, can you see your virtual decks? I'd like to assist you but i need more information to diagnose the problem.

both decks are playing but when i press the CUE button to turn off one side from playing in my headphones it stops playing in the speakers so wat im saying is....... i think the audio I/O is not longer in effect. if when i start playing music and the crossfader is on the left side the right side wont play in my ear it only plays one the crossfader goes in the middle and I also hear it in the speakers

What output on the MixTrack are you using? make sure you are using Output 1 as that master, output 2 is cue output.
