The SL3 has a third input/output channel.

That means you can use 3 decks if you want.

It also means when using 2 decks, you can connect the output of your mixer into Scratch Live and record your mix directly.

You can also send the output from the SP6 sample player or the Ableton Bridge through that third channel into your mixer.

The SL2 is great if you only use 2 decks and are ok with finding another way to record your mixes, but the SL3 is perfect for more advanced use.

Hope that makes sense for you. :-)

So with Sl2 is impossible to record my mixes?

not really, you can still do that buy running an extra output from your mixer into your laptop and use software like Audacity to record, or you can use another computer or device to record
