"Apple's next-generation low- and mid-range MacBook Pro models will not feature dedicated graphics cards, and will instead rely on Intel's integrated Ivy Bridge graphics due to production issues with Nvidia, according to a new report."
No discreet video? What will this mean for future incarnations of Serato Video and ME?

Guess you gotta spend the big buck if you upgrade to a new macbook pro.

Of course with less ability Damehype. Don't be absurd.
I have a 13" Pro with HD3000 integrated. Does it work? Yes.
Does it work as well as the top-end 15" Pro with a dedicated 1gb GPU? No it doesn't.
I used to have a Pro and a regular MacBook, the specs were identical except for the dedicated GPU on the Pro. Guess which one offered better video performance?

Not being absurd. I have a 15 which has both integrated and dedicated graphics. I'm just saying if I use the integrated, I get no restrictions as far as effects or graphics. I can't run at "Best", so if you want to equate that to less ability, by all means. "High" works fine for most places

Well yes, I do count not being able to run at 'best' as less ability, obviously.
