Give them an incentive to upgrade to YOUR product (regarding DJ Intro users) and not move to VDJ or Traktor by offering something extra in the mapping. I for one would love a full mapper for my MixDeck LEDs and everything, but I dropped the $$$ for the Interface and the Mixdeck, and I've gotten accustomed to it so much that switching back to VDJ isn't gonna be an easy task.

I've been banging on about this for a while as I'd love native support for Twitch in SSL as I was Scratch Live from the start and flip between SL3 and it makes an awesome video controller and cue point/loop toy.

Please Serato consider native mapping for controllers for people that use both. We see that Itch controllers are well suited for Serato Video so help us get proper mapping

With DJ intro, there's a new entry-level piece of software. Stop shortchanging Itch and just merge them.

With all the crazy new moves Traktor keeps making (and how you can mix & match them all), it's the least Serato could do toward trying to compete.
