you probably want baluns.
you can send most analog audio/video formats through a balun and cat 5/6 network cable without any extra power added. www.svideo.com

You can send just about any type of video with a cat5/cat6 connection. Like D-Twizzle said they have baluns that are cat5/cat6 and do both analog and digital audio/video formats from 480P to 1080P with no problem. VGA, Svideo, Component, and HDIM, call go throw cat5/cat6 cables.
What is a balun?
A balun is a small transformer which converts an audio or video signal from unbalanced to balanced and vice versa (hence the term "bal*un"). By doing so, baluns make the necessary impedance adjustment for audio-visual signal transmission between different wiring systems. In all fairness, however, not all baluns are true "baluns;" the term balun has become a synonymous with any device which transmits audio and video over structured cabling.
Here is a very good Powered Balun that is cat6. Has a max of 390ft 720P/1080i with HDMI:

OK That's explains a lot. I guess the next question would be.. How would I use this for a multi Hook-up..
