Does anybody know how to rip audio streams using the 57SL seeing as it is a soundcard? Or any useful pieces of software for mac that can do this???

Its easy on my PC using ASIO drivers in Cubase. Haven't been able to get it to work with both decks on my Mac yet. I know some folks are working on it, perhaps they could chime in.

When you install the 57sl drivers for the mixer to act as a soundcard you can easily use sony soundforge to record your vinyls at below clipping levels and the easiest mastering tool
To get the maximum volume without losing sound quality is to normalize the recorded audio. If you can't afford soundforge. Audacity is also a choice as well and it's freeware it allows for mp3 encoding.

Have you been able to record both programs at the same time from the 57 with a Mac? I can already do this with my PC in Cubase and Soundforge.

Yeah,(bump), I'm just getting into this. How is it done on a Mac?
I want to use a simple program like Audio Recorder with my 57SL mixer. Can this recording be done with only the USB plugged into my laptop from my mixer?
