I purchased pitch n time a couple of days ago. It worked ok at first now my whole system has crashed. I use lynx aurora 8 FW and protools 10. Can you help me sort it out. I have ordered new hard-drives which I am going to fit tomorrow and then reload everything. I use a mac pro which is about two years old. I have never had any problems before until I installed p&t. Is there a known issue...I bought P & T on the strength that on your products info it clearly states will run with all protools.

Hi t3rfh,

Unfortunately we haven't done extensive testing with Pro Tools 10 and therefore it is not supported officially. This is mentioned in our minimum specs which only support up to Pro Tools 9:

Having said this it could be something else going wrong too that can be fixed by troubleshooting. Can you please let me know a few things:

- What are you doing to cause the crash?
- Can you reproduce it following the same steps every time?
- What are your computer specs?
- Can you upload a crash report?
