I barely got a my new mac beacuse I was using a external hard drive for my music but now im trying to put my music from my external hard drive to my new mac...at first everything was good but now that im adding more files to itunes and i open my serato screen wont read all my files from the itunes library..is there any way that i could update my itune library or what do i do....

Hey Kelvin,
Is it just the new files that aren't showing up?
Maybe issues with your XML files within your iTunes library system. The data for each file within iTunes is saved to the XML file within iTunes and then other programs such as Serato Scratch Live use this to read info. Let re-make the XML file for iTunes then reload and see how we go.
Go to music>Itunes> rename your iTunes Library.XML to say OLDItunesLibrary.xml
open iTunes and play a few songs. It should then rebuild the XML database.
Re-open SSL go setting>library>click off Show iTunes Library then Click on again and hopefully that should work.
Let me know how you go with that. If it doesn't work we can try something else.

Thanks for your help I try it but now when I open ssl doesn't read the entire itunes I try to click on settings then read itunes library on and off but now is not reading itunes at all...
