Hi,

I just read the forum post about problems updating the VCI300 firmare on Itch 2.0. I did exactly that a while back and now when I use the decks to cue a track or scratch, the play button stops working and I have to spin the deck I was using back and forth and then hit play whilst it's spinning to get the button to work again - it's a real pain as you can imagine. I updated to 2.0.1 but the issue is still there. I couldn't understand what had happened until I found your post and it made a lot of sense.

Can you help?

Many thanks,

Hi Nick Stretch,

2.1 is out now, I suggest upgrading - the download is available on the itch main page here: serato.com

Run through this guide: serato.com It may not be dropouts that you're experiencing but it does help to optimize your system either way.

Have you tried an alternate usb cable/ports? And tried lowering your usb buffer in the setup screen?

Have you tried the jog sensitivity on the side of the unit, then at the back? See here: serato.com
