Cannot submit a playlist

So far, I've attempted to submit the same new playlist 4 times consecutively to Serato Playlist from Serato ITCH 2.1 (PC) and each time, I am merely sent to my playlist page under my profile.

Disregard, it seems to have corrected itself (took 5 more attempts).
