ScratchLive not recognising the SL3 box

My problem arises when I attempt to use the SL3 that is currently installed at the venue with version 2.2.2 of SL. The strange thing is that it works fine on my personal SL3 box but when playing at that venue, I have to use version 1.9.2.

It did this for the first time while I was still on Snow Leopard during my first gig on 2.3 so I'm a little hesitant to upgrade at the minute. Upgraded to Lion and thought that whatever the problem was would be fixed but still no luck.

What's missing? It's beginning to get quite frustrating because I prefer using the view that gives me more library real estate which is not available on 1.9.2.

The firmware on their box has probably not been updated. I would try and do that, it should solve it.

1.9.2 won't work with an SL3.

Update to 2.3.3 if you haven't already and give that a go.

1.9.2 actually does work - that's what i have to use since it SSL doesn't recognize the SL3 when i fire up 2.2.2.

Zach - has the mp4 corruption thing been fixed in 2.3.3?
