when djing serato starting cutting the music im playing

hello my name is ted , i have a pair of technics 1210 mk5g hooked up to sl3 running on a lenovo z570 which is a i7 2.2 with 8gb of ram with 2.0 usb , bios is already updated , my problem is before my serato would go crazy and make the song faster it self than i upgraded the bios it didn't happenagain, now the problem is my serato at random time's while djing for 2 hours it starts to cut the music im playing than after a few second it goes back to normal it does happen in internal mode and regular mode while using the turntables as well ,my usb buffer is also set at 10 and i tryed moving it around but nothing seems to be fixing my issue please help!!

Hey Tedi,

Are you seeing a yellow, orange, or red USB light popping on at the top of the screen?
If so please read this article --> serato.com
Have you analyzed your entire library?

Please open SSL.
Click the 'files' tab.
Click the 'rescan id3 tag' tab.
Let it finish scanning and then unplug your Rane hardware and press 'analyze files'.
If it starts analyzing files let it do its thing.
Once its done analyzing look through your 'all' section and delete ANY corrupt files found.

Any difference?

hello well no light pop up on the top of the screen that i know for sure it is this random song cutting that happens out of no where,and my library is analyzed and i dont have any corrupted files .

Are you importing your music from an external drive?
If so, if you unplug the drive and just play files from the internal does this still occur?

no i am not importing my library from an external drive the songs are in my internal harddrive in my computer and if you guys can please find me a solution that well be great because no matter what i have tried i cant figure it out

How much room do you have left on your internal drive?

Try watching these videos and do everything suggested to strip down your computer for music apps:
