Serato DJ Intro NOT working w/ Macbook Pro & Numark Mixdeck Universal DJ System

I connected my Numark MixDeck to the propper ports (USB and Wall) and set it to MIDI. I been trying to connect Serato DJ INTRO (which is the version for MixDeck) and it is not working. I have a Macbook Pro that I bought last year that I've been using Scratch Live in the past years.

Here are my specs:

Model Identifier: MacBookPro7,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 3 MB
Memory: 4 GB
Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
Hard Drive: 500GB

If anyone can help me with this inquiry I'd appreciate it much.

More Info: The main problem is My MixDeck is not recognizing the sound drivers, shown in this picture.

Hey Dave,

Its alright, better late than never :)

Well Serato DJ Intro is not working on my iMac 21.5"

Its a Lion model and runs on 1TB of Space, 16 Memory, and 3.5GHz

My controller is a Numark Mixdeck

it installs fine, but the sound is horrible. it bounces and makes sounds as if one was on phono vs line.

Yes tried my MacBook pro and it works flawlessly, the Lion is not working!
