Hey All,

Just got a 57 and am trying to figure out a few things but have had some problems, was hoping you guys might already know the answers and save me hours of trial and error...

1. Is there a button on the 57 that would jump me into a preset loop? In others words, without having to wait until I come across the loop as the track plays?

2. Is there a way once in a loop to scroll through the length of the loop without having to click on the loop length with the computer? Is this mapped on the mixer? Can it be mapped? Seems like a pretty standard function....

3) Can buttons in DJFX be controlled with the mixer? I am always having to turn to the computer to turn effects on/off as well as adjust the dry/wet.

Any help is MUCH appreciated!

2.) i think you can map loop length. to the knobs only though, which enlarges/shrinks the loop. or use an external midi controller and map fixed lengths to buttons there.

1.) i know you can do this with ctrl + klick on the loop on button, so you can also map this shifted function to a midi controller. but - i haven't seen an option for this on the 57. so i think - no

conclusion. an additional midi controller is the way to go for you.
