I installed ITCH on both my computer (Mac and PC) and no sound comes out of neither the computer nor the headphones. I bought the Denon DN-HC5000 and I got the ITCH with it. I installed everything a couple months ago and the sound won't come out. I plugged in the USB in the controler and in the computer and the headphones in the computer but I can't hear anything. I tried the headphones and the controler with another DJ software and it worked, so I think there is someting with ITCH. Either the software doesn't work or there is a function to switch in the configurations.

Hey Xavier Lemaire,

Q: Are you in Offline mode or do you see the virtual decks in the ITCH screen?

There are two different ways of hearing sound in ITCH. In offline mode the sound is played threw the internal Computer speakers and headphone etc.

However when you have your DN-HC5000 plugged into your computer the ITCH switches to the virtual deck mode for Dj'ing. At this stage the sound will then only come out of the DN-HC5000 output as it then is in sync with the Software.

Do you have a mixer with your DN-HC5000?
