Dicers with Rane ttm57

I and apparently a lot of other people are having issues with the dicers running as they should with the rane ttm57. A lot of people are having issues with the right dicer not coming on at all, and yes they are both plugged in correctly. Also, some are having issues with the loop rolls or loops not working as they should.
Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
I have only noticed this 2 times but I just recently bought the ttm57 and through discussions on facebook have realized it is not just me with these problems.
Thanks for the help.

The 57 has nothing to with dicers, its solely on making sure the connections for the dicers are uninterrupted because I was having that issue too.

it has something to do with the two hardwares both being USB 1.1.
a USB hub can solve the issues for the dicers. the ttm will need to stay directly plugged in though since it requires a constant trickle of data that can be interrupted by hub routing.

i don't have issues with my 57 and dicers. try to change usb ports. and first connect dicers and then start serato software.
