We've been looking into translation on the site as a whole for a little while now.

It can be a difficult - and often expensive - operation to implement, and forums in particular can be difficult as people don't always write the most ... grammatically correct messages but we're still investigating methods of doing so, and have made movements towards having crucial parts of the website in other languages. We've had some great success in offering downloads in Japanese as a start, and rest assured it's something we really want to offer in the future.

right on, thanks for your response. For dome reason I thought Google translate was free to stack in websites but it must me a browser add on install. You guys rock!

Google Chrome translates all pages in pretty much any language to pretty much every language.

Works very well and has allowed me to order various items from Japanese, Spanish, German etc websites.
