1st of all shy had nothing to do with the track, It was M-Beat & second of all did you also know that that track was what changed the face of drum & Bass, litereally Grooverider & crew formed a commmitie to remove the Ragga element from Jungle & Move it to drum & bass.
Found that out in Last Night A DJ Saved my life great book.

Called Blame it on the drain? or call the plumber or sumthin.. is a parody of both Don't Forget My Number (Better call the plumber) and Blame it on the Rain (blame it on the drain).
