The font of this website - since the new design - is horrible.

Please can you re-design the look (font) of the website?

Also THIS form is destroyed.

Note: I'm forced to use IE 7 only. Upgrade to Windows 7 will happen first quarter 2013!

I also can not attach any file (screen shots) because the button does not work with IE 7 (which I'm forced to use in the office).
