Id hate to think that VSL has been update-free for 2 years so they could make this.

that dont look like it was made for them. just made for installing big wall screens and they made the plugin to work with serato. since everyone doing video is on serato

Garraud has clearly got some hardcore video techs working with him.

Seems like a QC thing to me, he's shown other QC stuff in previous videos. So I don't think Serato are involved.

Still madly impressive though.

Too bad, even for a mobile djvj, the idea is killer.

The video was a plug in for Serato that keyed dmx lighting scenes to cues set in the tracks and would double the strobing with a loop as it shortened.
The biggest feature was the ability to control trolley motors that shift led walls and flown panels/lighting all while completely synced with the set of the dj with the same scene cues.
Imagine every track you play having a specific lighting scene every time you played it.
Imagine that during the song the scene changed right on the down beat dead nuts perfect or faded to a new scene as the song changed up.
Its pro stage at its core, but the lighting cues open all kinds of new ideas for even the smallest dmx shows.
I can't imagine what a crew like n effect could do with this.

I work for a company that could sync my sets with the lighting rig. It's an immense idea and although could only use it every-so-often, it would be such a performance when the Bridge is used.

It's about time Serato got something (even though I think Serato has nothing to do with this) cause VDJ has a couple of plugins that are similar to this.......
