I have the EXACT same problem as this guy:

MMCHL 5:36 AM 9 December 2011 When i stretch notes its is stretching to far or to short not to exactly where i drag them to be or want them to be...

I have handle length set to zero in preferences.

Can you please let me know the exact version of Pro Tools you are using?

I'm using Pro Tools HD version 10.0 (latest)
Mac OS 10.6.8

Issue still remains.

It sounds like this is a bug with Pitch 'n Time and using handles in Pro Tools 10. We don't officially support this version of Pro Tools yet unfortunately as there hasn't been enough robust testing on our end so it is likely you will run into bugs like this. I'll log this though and the team can hopefully looking at fixing it.

Unfortunately I couldn't say when any work is being planned for Pro Tools 10 support as this point. I'll let you know when we have more information on this :)
