Can I be a official paid dj test dummy for this itch software and device? I play music on south beach miami every week. 9 months and counting and many people circulate through the beach. ;-)

1. I have a few issues with the Serato Itch Software under the Vestax VCI 300 MKII. The program freezes when I try to add samples to the sp6 and switch between banks a,b,c,&d after I adjust the volumes for individual samples. This is disastrous in a nightclub setting!!!!!

2. The program drops into a smaller window frame and is stuck there when I minimize the software, reposition it towards the bottom (Like accessing my desktop) then click the maximize button and pooof, the program is stuck in a small window mode. This is also disastrous in a nightclub setting !!!!!

3. The program has been giving me slight glitch freezes when I'm Djng. I thought it was the internet so I turned it off but the problem still exist. I am using Itch in the nightclub so this has really become a problem for me !!!!

This area is for Website Discussion/Help only, I'd recommend starting a Help Request and our support team should be able to help you out with your problems.

With that said, to get you started in the right direction, you might want to have a look at the thread I've linked to below, and use the link at the bottom to join the ITCH 2.1 Public Beta, this might be able to help you with this particular problem.
