Is it me or has anyone noticed the large amount of odd questions and unfamiliar names since 1.8b came out????

It happens with every new release.
I know guys that still rock 1.3!!
And they come on here with aliases and ask dumb ass questions
so their boys won't give them shit for not knowing whats up.
