It does appear in Logic 32 bits, but crashes validation in AU Manager.

Hi opika,

This is a known issue for using Pitch 'n Time with OS X Lion, that is outlined in this FAQ: serato.com

Most users have managed to overcome the problem by ignoring the validation crash in the AU manager, as it should be still selectable as an algorithm in Logics Time and Pitch machine.

It it something we are looking into currently to fix in a future release for Pitch 'n Time, but I couldn't say when exactly.
