TT57M ONE SIDE STOPS WORKING

I USE DENON DNS-3700'S WITH A 13" MAC BOOK PRO. I DOWNLOADED 2.3 WHEN I BOUGHT THE MAC (THE ONLY VERSION EVER INSTALLED ON THE LAPTOP). TWICE WHILE PLAYING (TONIGHT DURING A GIG) ONE CHANNEL ON THE MIXER STOPS PLAYING ANY AUDIO.I TRIED REVERSE MODE ..EVERY THING I COULD THJINK OF. CYCLING THE A/C POWER TO THE MIXER RESOLVES THE ISSUE. THATY HOWEVER, IS NOT THE ANSWER. THE FIRST TIME IT WAS THE RIGH TSIDE TONIGHT IT WAS THE LEFT SIDE. I REMOVED ALL OF THE CORRUPTED FILES (LIGHTNING BOLT) FROM MY SERATO FOLDERS. ANY IDEAS..HELP!!!!

I also experienced this issue, however it was with both channels. The display on the laptop continued to react as iff serato was working properly, just no sound from either channel. The only way I could rectify the problem was to turn off the mixer and turn it back on.

Im also getting this only just started happening but mixer just stops playing any sound turning the unit on and off fixes it but thats getting old really quick

Any ideas ? is it software of do I need to send my mixer in under warranty ( which will be a problem as i just sold my s1 box )

Hey Tom,

Corrupt files sound like the culprit.
To be certain you've gotten rid of all the bad files please do this:

Please open SSL.
Click the 'files' tab.
Click the 'rescan id3 tag' tab.
Let it finish scanning and then unplug your Rane hardware and press 'analyze files'.
If it starts analyzing files let it do its thing.
Once its done analyzing look through your 'all' section and delete ANY corrupt files found.

Same thing happen to me last night and i was using 2.1. What computer do you guys have, and what operating system are you running.

This happened to me too. I was playing in a bar in Brisbane in November. Switched djs and everything looked alright but no sound. Like everyone said, it worked when I turned the TTM off and on again. But thats hardly an ideal thing to do in a room full of people. This weekend it happened again but this time it started working fine then on the 3rd song it cut out even after initially cueing up the track and getting audio, then nothing. Then again on the next song. Basically, I had to restart the Rane twice to a jeering audience. Not good.

Also was getting stuttering audio, so switched to internal and it still stuttered! Nightmare!
