New Blue Serato Forum Troubleshooting Guide

Crackpipe 4:52 PM - 29 September, 2011
If the new Serato blue forum looks like utter shit compared to the old yellow forum and you are having trouble reading the fonts. Please do the following:

1. Close Chrome
2. Open IE7 or above
3. Go to Tools - text size - largest

Also please make sure your computer meets the following requirements:
Windows XP/Vista/Win7
1Ghz Processor or better
512 MB RAM (1GB recommeded)
27" Inch monitor or bigger because on my 25" monitor at home, the forum is still a bitch to read.

yeah, this shit sucks... please change it back!

Also I don't recommend using an i-series intel processor. There have been stability issues with the browser and the blue serato forum.

or download safari browser for windows then goto preferences-> appearance -> font smoothing - Medium best for flat screen.

and it looks great

hahahaha..... oh wait... if my laughing was inappropriate, please forgive me. I couldn't quite read what he said very well with the new "look" but it seemed like it may have been something funny.

I'm on IE 8 and it's Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> Accessibility -> Ignore font styles, and sizes.

You can also ignore the color and everything is white.

I tried control+alt+command+8 on the Mac, but it looks worse, if that's possible.

If you're like me you got kind of a warm feeling when viewing those distinctive Serato boards in the past. Now, I fear Serato has cancer, and might not make it.
DJWALDO 8:01 PM - 29 September, 2011
mac + safari + 15inch screen = no issues...

I DONT LIKE CHANGE!!

PS. this shit is hard to read. Probably gonna have to find another website to read all day, or stay here and get headaches from the worst font ever.

Man, try this, it works for me. No more stupid fonts.

Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> Accessibility -> Ignore font styles, and sizes.

You can also change the font to something different instead of ignoring it.

Brown black and orange is the future ;)

We definitely didn't take this into consideration.
