Hi Dj Zero8,
That seems a bit strange, we haven't had any reports of users having the same experience that I know of. Can you tell me a bit more about what kind of computer and web browser you're using? Particularly the version number of the browser too. Will help to figure out what the problem might be.

Hi Dj Zero8,
Have just tried that on a similar set up here and I can see what you're talking about, not sure why it has started doing that. Seems to be isolated to Internet Explorer at this stage, will take a look further into it and see what we can establish. Thanks heaps for pointing it out! I'll move this conversation into Website Discussion so we can track it's progress better.

It seems that if you run IE9 in Compatibility mode, this will correct the problem and the player will operate as usual. I'd suggest doing this as a workaround for now and we'll see how we can fix it.

i went to compatibility and it says, compatibility modes cannot be set on this program because it is part of this version of windows.

Hi Dj Zero8.
I think I've fixed this problem. Could you please try again and let me know how you get on.
Thanks.
