i download itch and all when it get too installing the drivers it just stay at 50 percent and never moves it been like this for 2 hors now and never moved i download the itch softwar from my disk same thing and from your site still nothing help would be great thank you

Hey Dj Odessey,

Have you got your hardware connected while running the installer? Can you try install the drivers manually? You can find the driver installer here:

www.numark.com

yeah allready try installing the drivers manually before i posted and the ns7 is coneccted i had no problem with ssl for the tts but the itch software just dosent want to load tryed everything still nothing

Does the software install at all? Can you find ITCH in the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Serato -> ITCH ?
